Shamanic Sound Bath
Come experience this summer solstice special as Fabian and Mayara take you on a Shamanic Sound Bath.
Participants will be guided through a deep dive into the unknown to bring to surface what needs to be released. Mayara will prepare you with breath work and meditation to prime the physical for this journey to take place. Through intense shamanic drumming, deep didgeridoo resonance and the healing power of the 38” Earth gong you will be carried through a landscape of visions, emotions and realizations. Return to light and a state of harmony with native flutes, crystal bowls and the ethereal sounds from the hand pan drum.
If you have never experienced such a transformative journey within, we invite you to surrender and open to what is your highest calling.

Tibetan Singing Bowl Workshop
Saturday June 16, 2pm-4pm
In this two hour hands on workshop, learn to play the Tibetan metal bowl and how to incorporate into such practices as sound baths, reiki clients, yoga class or meditation.
Lesson includes 1 small 8" bowl, 1 long mallet and 1 short mallet. 2 hour hands on learning techniques to make the bowl resonate and "sing". Learn to use the bowls on some one and experience what it feels like having them on you. How to incorporate bowls into your personal practice, meditation or with groups or private clients such as reiki, yoga, massage or sound baths. Medium to larger bowls will be available for a discounted price.
